Kaboodle Doodles — #59 Pink, Green, Yellow, Blue

**I have blog candy on this post HERE.**

Good Morning!  Hope you had a great weekend!  We had a nice day in NYC on Saturday.  Ultimately, we didn’t ride the ferris wheel.  Ainsley didn’t want to go all the way to the top.  It was nice though and we were all beat when we got home.

Today starts a new challenge for Kaboodle Doodles.  This week we are sponsored Wink Wink Ink and a $15 certificate to the store is up for grabs.  The challenge this week is a color challenge — a nice springy combo of yellow, green, pink and blue.

I used this cute little rainy day bear.  The yellow and blue look so cute on his jacket, hat and boots.  I used PTI Spring Rain and Gina K Creme de Menthe, along with Memory Box Pixie paper.  It is the perfect designer paper to showcase all of the colors in the challenge.

We’d love to have you play along with us this week.  Upload your NEW creation using this week’s theme to the KD blog with a DIRECT LINK to your blog post.

Kaboodle Doodles — Non-Traditional Fold

**If you are looking for my Crafty Card Gallery blog hop post, please scroll down.  Thanks!**

Good Morning! Happy President’s Day!  Hope you are enjoying a nice, long weekend.  Today starts a new Kaboodle Doodles challenge and we are challenging you to use a non-traditional fold on your card — no regular rectangles or squares.  Easels, tri-folds, gate folds, etc.  Our challenge is sponsored by Wink Wink Ink and a $15 gift certificate is up for grabs.

I decided to go with a Joy Fold card and I really like how this came out.  When I colored up this cute flower, I envisioned it as a sunflower, which worked perfectly with Chocolate Chip, Summer Sunrise and PTI Chocolate Remix papers.

Inside I stamped a sentiment from Buckets of Love (There She Goes).

We’d love to have you play along this week.  Please link up your NEW (no back-linking) project to the Kaboodle Doodles blog to your DIRECT blog post (not just your blog, please!).
