Merry Little Snow Girl

Hi all!  I’ve been sneaking in as much crafty time as I can.   Today’s card features this absolutely adorable Snow Girl image from From The Heart.  I think I was drawn to her because I’m approaching the time when I’m ready for cooler weather! LOL!

Before printing my image, I added the sentiment under her little snow mound.  Love the mix of capital and lowercase letters!  She’s colored with Copics in a fun and vibrant color combo of lime green and deep turquoise.  For my card layout, I used the current sketch from I {Heart} Sketches, opting to create a large square card to accommodate a nice big image.  I cut her out with Stitched Circle STAX and used three additional circles to cut out the accenting pieces.  Since I had already merged my sentiment under the image, I opted to just add in some homemade enamel dots on the sentiment circle.  Every girl needs some sparkle, even Snow Girls, so I added in some Stickles on her snow mound, hat and under the sentiment.  Finally, I added some rhinestones for her buttons.
