MFTWSC224 Just a {bright} Note

Hi all!  Is my card ever apropos for today!  It’s raining buckets and has been all morning!

For my card this week, I created my umbrella with more of the left over bits of paper, coming up with this fantastically bright and cheerful striped umbrella.  I cut my umbrella twice – once from white and a second time with the striped paper.  My background is created using the Swiss Dots background stamp and I randomly stamped Hero Arts Neon inks onto the stamp.  My card base is little — only a 4.25 square card.  I then cut a rounded rectangle from Grout Gray and glued down my umbrella.  Then, I went a little enamel dot crazy.  What I love is that the enamel dot colors match the stripes — that is a total fluke, a total happy & bright fluke!  My sentiment is from Keep on Rockin‘.  I pulled the bottom circles up onto the rectangle and added in yet another four enamel dots that match the umbrella handle.
