MFTWSC195 Happy Haunting

Hi all!  Happy Sunday!  A quick post as I’m doing this between football commercials!  I have my weekly MFTWSC card today.

The other week, I was lucky enough to win the Spooky Sentiments set from Amy Rohl’s blog.  I finally inked it up today.

Background stamps to the rescue again!  Since I don’t have the Blueprints 18  to create the diagonals, I cut my white card stock to 4 x 5.25 and inked it up with the Confetti Background stamp using Only Orange and Grape Jelly.  Then I cut it at the angle I wanted.  I created a grid with my Pinstripe Background on a piece of scrap paper.  I then used the bottom portion of my confetti piece to cut the grid on the angle I needed.

For my sentiment, I stamped the Happy Haunting sentiment and cut it out with a Stitched Circle.  I popped that up on a double circle of Grape Jelly and Orange Fizz.  Some stitched ribbon and a little bat completed this fun Halloween card.

  1. Great card Cammy, love the colours perfect for Halloween. The spots and square look fab together and I like the diagonal line to break them up.

Thank you for sharing your wonderful work with us at Crafting When We Can Challenges. 🙂 xx
