Hi all! Happy Sunday! I’m working in my craft room today, trying to design my card for our annual Christmas card making session next week. I have it designed and think it will be a hit. Today I have another of my HYCCT cards. This was Holly’s challenge to use glitter on any holiday card.
I have seen many wreaths made by branches that have been punched out and wanted to give it a try. I still have some Doodlebug sugar cardstock in my stash (from my son’s 1st birthday in 2008!) and pulled out some very bright and cheerful lime green. I punched out a bunch of branches with my Martha Stewart branch punch. In order to create the circle with a pretty good shape, I used a red sticky tape circle and put that down for a guide. I layered my branches around the circle, adding adhesive as needed. Then I added in some Glitter Dots for holly and a tiny sparkly silver bow. The sentiment is from Gina K Rupa Shevde’s Magic of Christmas.
