Hi all! Happy Wednesday! Trying to get myself back into the mode of blogging! I’m going to make this a quick one, as I am now behind in my HYCCT cards! SHOCK! I didn’t see that coming (in my most sarcastic voice) LOL!
The festivities kicked off with Lydia’s Inner Strength challenge. She challenged us to make a card with inner strength — a dimensional image on the inside of your card can be seen through an opening in the front of your card. I had to think about this one a bit, but am thrilled with what I came up with.
When it comes to challenges, I tend to take myself out of my normal card making method and into a more CAS mode. It’s the only way I can keep up. This is über-CAS! I cut a tee from my Cryogen base using MFT Girly Graphics Tee die-namic. Then I cut an additional tee from Bubblegum Pink (Gina K). I stamped Be Strong and a ribbon on my tee and popped it up on dimensionals. When closed, the tee fits perfectly in the cut out.
I finished it off with a pretty pink bow and two small hearts pierced in the lower corners.
