Happy Sunday all! Is it warming up by you? It seems like we are still very much stuck in the grips of winter. Even with being from Wisconsin and being used to winter, I am so ready for spring. This is even with the East Coast winters to which I’ve become accustomed. My daughter is anxiously anticipating spring flowers and we had some “wild” crocuses or something similar that popped through and bloomed. She was upset that they were gone yesterday. Hopefully, the actual flowers won’t be all messed up by our weather this year.
I’m a week behind, it seems, in blogging my MFTWSC cards. Today I have a bright and cheerful birthday card.
With the last release from MFT, I *had* to order a few things and qualified for the Triple Scoop Birthday Sentiments set. I really like these big bold sentiments that stand alone on a card. I decided to keep this rather gender neutral and used bright, bold colors. The papers are from Bo Bunny Surprise, which were perfect. Card stock is from MFT — I really like the Nightshift. It’s such a nice navy blue.
