At My Age…

Hi all!  A quick post tonight — I have a comical Gus card I made for a friend’s 50th birthday.  When his wife told me he was turning 50, I couldn’t believe it.  He certainly doesn’t look anywhere close to 50.

I used this week’s Sweet Sketch Wednesday sketch, but sized it down to a regular size card vs a square card.  The papers are from Echo Park’s Paradise Beach pack, along with Sweet Mango from Gina K and Harvest Gold from PTI.  I used three colors of twine to embellish it, as well as some glittery sand and some Glossy Accents on his glasses.

  1. Hi Cammy I do love your Gus card, I just adore Bugaboo images and there always something there for everyone. Especially Gus, Stella and JJ. Those Speedo's don't do a lot for Gus do they???? Love your colours and wonderful embellishments. Great card and thanks so much for joining us this week at Sweet Sketch Wednesday and good luck.
