Good Morning! How was your Black Friday? Did you go out shopping? No deal is worth it for me to actually go out shopping, but I’ll hit the online deals, if they are good enough. Today I get to have a few girlfriends over to make some Christmas cards. Now, I must confess that I don’t send out homemade Christmas cards — this year definitely wasn’t the year to start with everything going on, so we are doing photo cards from Costco!
Anywho, we have a new challenge over at Catch the Bug today. With the holidays in full gear, this is a great theme for those special holiday cards you might need. The theme is for Silver, Black & Bling.
Dottie Celebrate is a perfect image for this challenge. She’s a bit sassier as a red head and is all ready to toast the recipient. I embossed some Stardream Metallic Silver with a Sizzix embossing folder (sorry don’t remember which one!). I added in some dual sided May Arts satin ribbon in black & silver.
Dottie’s dress has a touch of sparkle courtesty of Smooch Illuminate. She has lots of bling in her earrings, ring and bracelet. Dottie is definitely ready to toast and celebrate the occasion.
