PWC143 – Aloha Sophia

It’s me again!  Last Friday I went to the local Panera after taking my son to preschool — saving a trip back & forth to home.  It was great — I sat and colored, getting quite a few images colored.  I may do this a few times a week — I get things accomplished, I save time and gas.  It works out quite well.

One of my images colored was for the current Paper Pretties challenge.  Being the first Wednesday, it was a fabulous sketch by Frances.

When I went into NYC the other week and found these gorgeous flowers — the one up in the upper right corner — I had Aloha Sophia in mind.  I particularly love this color combo.  I took the sketch pretty much at face value.  The sentiment is from Soakin’ Up the Sun Sophia since my Aloha stamp was MIA.

  1. Wonderful layers and texture. She is so sweet and that flower takes me back to last years trip to Hawaii…they had them everywhere! Great addition!
