Hi again! I’m back with a new Kaboodle Doodles challenge. Our challenge this week is sponsored by Sassy Studio Designs. Your challenge is to create a card using black, white and one other color. Here are the rules for the challenge:

  1. Your NEW project must be linked directly — not just to your blog.
  2. Your blog post must include a link to the Kaboodle Doodles challenge post.
  3. You are allowed only ONE entry per challenge.
  4. Please do not combine your card with more than 9 other challenges.

So, here’s my card:

Black, white and red is one of my favorite combos and it went perfectly with the Little Honey – Little Red Riding Hood.  I kept the coloring very simple and straightforward.  The designer paper is from PaperTrey Ink’s Black & White Basics, which reminds me of tree rings (you know, inside for their age) and appropriate for Red’s walk through the woods.  LOL!  The layout is an old TESC sketch — thank goodness I had my husband print the PDF files from TESC when they took their holiday break.  With a few sketch challenges either breaking or “disbanding”, they’ve been a lifesaver for getting cards done.
