A Sweet Thank You

Good Morning!  Did you have a good weekend?  Ours was nice.  We visited the New York Botanical Gardens on Saturday to see the Holiday Train Exhibit.  It was a bit crowded, to say the least, but lots of fun.  The highlight for our kids was definitely seeing Thomas the Tank (only pulling a few other cars).

I’m a day ahead this week and have my weekly Paper Pretties challenge card for you.  The challenge was to make a thank you card with the Thanksgiving holiday approaching.

I decided to use Celebrate Sophia and went with a totally non-fall or holiday color combo.  After coloring up Sophia, I picked out Basic Grey Sultry paper to go with Simply Chartreuse and Hibiscus Burst.  This is a really yummy combo.  The layout is the sketch from Sketch Saturday.

After putting my card together, I realized that I switched the scalloped edge on the main image panel to the side, but I really like how it turned out.
