Good Morning! One of the favorite fall activities of my kids is jumping in leaf piles. We don’t have any trees on our property, but have multiple on the neighboring properties and a good chunk of their leaves fall on our property. Yesterday my husband raked up a big pile for the kids and they jumped in the pile, having a fantastic time.
So it was only appropriate that I ink up Fall Cooper from Paper Pretties. This could so be my son.
I had so much fun coloring Cooper and all of those leaves. Ainsley was sitting next to me and watching me color. She told me it was the most beautifulest coloring. She is such a little sweetie — especially when she is trying to talk me into using my Copics. LOL!
This week’s Paper Pretties challenge is to make a square card. I like to do square cards, especially with bigger images. I have to admit I struggled with this — I didn’t have a sketch that I liked and kind of pulled elements from various ones. I’m okay with this, not thrilled. I paired up Chocolate Chip, Purely Pomegranate and Harvest Gold. The dp is from a Recollections pack of fall paper. I added in some knotted Chocolate Chip grosgrain, a pair of Glitter Dots and some leaf brads.
