Sugar Plum Fairy

Good Morning!  Another quick post for you.  I had set a personal goal to create a project using products available at the sponsors of my blog candy. Unfortunately, I didn’t get nearly enough of them scratched off my list before the end of the blog candy.  I will be continuing during the week, as I am extremely grateful to these companies who so generously donated products.

This morning I have a card using the Sugar Plum Fairy digi from Pink Cat Studio.  Oh, did Ainsley ever get excited when she saw this image.  She gets to color my grayscale print offs when I’m printing digis.  There are 5 digi stamps from Pink Cat Studio up for grabs in the blog candy.  I went with a really sweet combo of Pretty in Pink and Green Galore.  It is matched up with a sparkly piece of dp from DCWV’s Nana’s Kids.  DCWV was incredibly generous in their donation to the blog candy.  I couldn’t believe all that was in the box when I received it.  Based on retail pricing, close to $200 in products.  The layout is this past Saturday’s Sketch For You to Try.

I added in lots of sparkle and bling.  Her wings are covered in Pink Stickles.  Her collar and cuffs in Diamond Stickles.  I added pearls to her skirt and wand.  Her scallop circle mat is blinged out with rhinestones.  A great big bow of satin May Arts green ribbon finishes it off.
