Back to School

Good morning! Welcome to the newest Catch the Bug challenge! Since most parents are likely counting the days to the start of school (and some have already started), we are challenging you to a Back to School theme with an emphasis on primary colors.

While contemplating various ideas, I came across a pair of $1 wood frames from Michaels. I decided to paint the sides of the frame and add some fun DCWV Grade School papers to the fronts. I printed off the kiddos from the Bugaboo Brat school apple mini set to place on the frames.

Now, the first time I printed off the kiddos, I printed them too small. When I put them on the frames, it was like “where’s waldo?” LOL. The kids are simply colored with Copics and cut out.

Each frame has a touch of ribbon.

Now, the funny thing is that these pictures are 2 years old. I had no newer pictures printed. How sad is that? Oh well, I love these two pictures, but they will be replaced with first day of school pictures soon.
