As you can see, my Paper Pretties stamps had a good workout this week. The third Paper Pretties challenge for WCMD was from Danielle and to use a piece of corrugated cardboard with the first layer removed. We had just recycled cardboard, so I picked up an additional cup sleeve from Starbucks. Then I sat and tried to figure out how I was going to incorporate it into a card design.
After starting off with Hola Chica and deciding the cardboard didn’t work very well, I decided to go with Love You This Much Cooper. Cooper is simply colored with Copics that coordinate with the dp. Since I had a small piece of cardboard to work with, I used a punch for the circles. I sewed a button on to each circle of cardboard & attached with a glue dot. Working with a Cooper image was so much easier for me than Sophia.
