Everyone knows how wonderful the Target Dollar Spot is, right? It’s a great little marketing campaign for them — everything’s a dollar, but you’ll wind up spending $20 by the time you are done. The other day I picked up a couple packs of the adorable summer themed DP they had.
The weekly Paper Pretties challenge was this fun sketch.
I just received my newest Stamp of the Month — Aloha Sophia — the other week and decided to ink her up. The flowered dp works so well with her flowers and a summery theme. I paired the DP with Regal Rose and Tempting Turquoise. Sophia is colored with Copics — I have to say, for only having one box of Copics, Box A seems to be a great box to have.
I combined the circle & blossom Nestabilities to make a cute mat for Sophia. The Aloha sentiment is stamped on a ribbon tag and flanked by 3-D flowers from the K&Company Wild Raspberry line.
Not too shabby for using bargain DP as a starting point! 🙂
